Experience & Credentials
My work is informed by over 25 years of experience in organizational development and a deep commitment to the coaching profession. I previously served as President of the International Coach Federation (ICF) for the San Francisco Bay Area chapter and have an 18-year background as an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC). I am also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a Certified BTA Speaker.
I continue to stay engaged with evolving leadership practices, bringing together the insights that have shaped my 25-year career to help the next generation of leaders thrive.
